This person probably thanked their lucky stars for not being the one who was sneaked up on by this Lion. The hunter in this photo (we guess based on the rifle with scope) was lying down in his tent and a lion came to the rescue.
We don’t know the outcome, but we are crossing our fingers that the McHuman happy meal was given to the lion. The lions’ population is declining, mostly due to habitat destruction and human hunters.
