Some celebrities seem to never stop expanding their real estate portfolio. Sean Combs aka P. Diddy has certainly lived in a lot of different places over the years. In 2014, he reportedly spent $40 million on an apartment in Holmby Hills.
He bought an eight-bedroom home with a lagoon pool and gym, a 35-seat movie theater, on 17,000 square foot of space. Combs purchased the property in an off-market transaction. It was newly-built at the time. Evidently, $40,000,000 seemed a fair price for all that this property has to offer.
