Ellen DeGeneres’ book “Home” was published in 2015. In it, she expressed her desire to live with Portia De Rossi in Santa Barbara for the rest of their lives. However, not many years later, the talk-show host sold the property at $45 million. The property was no longer enough to satisfy the couple.
The couple originally purchased the home in 2013 for a total of $26.5 million. It was designed by Wallace Frost and has a European flair. The renovated space has six bedrooms and 8 bathrooms spread over 10,500 square foot. The couple had previously extended the estate over two adjacent properties, resulting in an infinity pool.
