Ellen Degeneres was lucky to not have had to spend too much on her new home. She bought the Beverly Hills property at the same price that she had listed her previous home. She bought it from Adam Levine who had sold his house quickly.
After less than five weeks on the market, he got $45million for his mansion with seven bedrooms. He wanted $47.5m for the house, but was happy to lower that by a few millions to get rid the property. He got more money than the $34m he paid a few years ago.
