Tom Shadyac knows how an accident can alter your life. The director’s life outlook changed drastically after a bicycle accident in 2007. A concussion made him hypersensitive towards light and noise. He gave up his luxury lifestyle to live in a 1,000-square-foot mobile home.
He thought the move was necessary. It is a huge change from a 17,000-square-foot mansion to a trailer in Malibu. It is unknown how much the home cost or when it was bought, but it’s certainly smaller than what he was used to. He appears to be pleased with his new house.
