Elon Musk is probably like most men who do not place much value on money. Since he’s worth billions, cash is not hard to come by. Although he is worth billions, he has a modest celebrity house. The 375 square foot prefab house is valued at $49500.
Musk’s decision is not surprising given the popularity and demand for tiny homes. Musk acknowledged in July 2022 that he had used the property as a guesthouse, and even held a party. The small interior space must have meant that the guest list was very selective.
