Ryan Murphy is known for a number of popular TV shows. He’s had a busy career as a TV producer, from the musical drama ‘Glee” to the horror series “American Horror Story.” We’re not surprised to learn that he has been able afford some really expensive places throughout the years.
This includes the property in Laguna Beach, which he purchased in 2005. In 2005, he paid $4475,000 and two years later acquired an adjacent property for under $3 million. Mark Singer and Cliff Fong redesigned the properties, which he then combined, before selling the complex for $10.65million.
