Matthew Perry bought some amazing properties thanks to the popularity of the sitcom “Friends” in the 1990s and 2000s. This includes a beachfront property that he bought for $12 million in 2011. The house was in Malibu.
Perry had plenty of room in the 5,500 square foot property, which included four bedrooms with three-and-a half bathrooms. The star was in a great location, as it was located on Malbiu’s “most prestigious” street. He decided to sell it in 2020 for $13.1m.
