The Overprotective Mother
It didn’t seem like the male lion was returning to his family. The picture shows that he was coming to threaten the injured fox. Perhaps he is hungry and has had enough. The injured fox was roared upon by the male lion, but the situation took an unexpected turn when the female lioness attacked the lion. The mother lion in the next picture was angry and slapped her paws on the lion with force to protect the helpless animal.
