What you should never put in the microwave

Brown sugar can be easily broken down in the microwave.

Many people do not have time to indulge their hobbies daily. Baking is one of those hobbies that you can only do at weekends. Good news: baking ingredients do not expire very quickly. They can still clump up in the pantry.

Brown sugar is a common culprit. You can use your microwave to melt this sugar without having to break it apart. Cover the bowl with a wet paper towel after you have dumped in the sugar. Heat it for 30 seconds. Repeat this process until all clumps have been removed.

Microwaves make it possible to enjoy S’mores at home.

S’mores are often associated with camping. These are a great snack to have when camping, but you don’t need to go anywhere to make them. This is one of those microwave hacks that are relatively unknown.

For a microwaveable s’mores, place a cracker on some kitchen paper. Cover it with marshmallow and chocolate spread. After that, heat your mixture in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Once the marshmallow puffs up, you can remove it. You can then top it off with another cracker.
