Mark questioning himself
Mark thought the cold, sterile interrogation room would never end. Mark was on edge due to the constant hum from overhead lights and the distant murmurs outside the door. He wondered if sharing his theory on the object buried could help or make his situation worse.
Will his revelation of his suspicions create even darker clouds around him? He could hear the metallic clatter of prison doors far away. A chilling sense of dread gripped his body. He was about to be sent behind bars because of a mysterious artifact that he discovered in his backyard.
