“Okay, that’s great. We will be more cautious from now on. Mark said, “Let’s hope we don’t run into them again!” The kids nodded in agreement.
They continued on their journey, excited to board the boat. The children were scared by the playful scare and chose to stay close to their parents for the remainder of the hike.
A Short Break
Jennifer and Mark silently congratulated each other on their success, exchanging knowing glances with a twinkle in the eye. After walking along the winding paths for an hour, the family decided to take a rest and replenish their energy with the snacks and drinks they had brought.
They were kept on their feet and enthused by the allure of their nearing destination. The much-anticipated location was only a few short steps away! It’s almost there!
